Artwork tips

  • Send a PDF at the finished size plus 3 mm bleed on every edge, with text at least 3 mm inside the trim.
  • Use photos at 300 dpi at the size they will print, and CMYK colours where you can.
  • Check names, dates and venues twice, and ask someone else to read it too.
  • Want guests to RSVP from the card? Add your website's QR code in the designer.

How much do shaadi wedding banners cost?

Shaadi Wedding Banners start from £44.50 on the most economical options. The price changes as you choose the size, paper and quantity, you see it straight away, and it is checked again when you pay. Tracked UK delivery is £7.95, free on orders over £100.

Which sizes can I choose?

For shaadi wedding banners: 4ft x 2ft, 1.5m x 0.5m, 2m x 0.5m, 1.5m x 1m, 6ft x 3ft, 2m x 1m, 8ft x 3ft, 10ft x 3ft, and 5 more.

How many can I order?

From 1 up to 99, in steps such as 2, 3, 4. Bigger quantities cost less each.

How long does printing take?

Most items are dispatched 2 to 5 working days after you approve your artwork, then sent by tracked UK delivery. Order invitations at least three weeks before you want to post them.

Do I need my own design?

No. Design it online with our templates, or choose "Design it for me" and our designer sets it up from your wording and photos. You approve a proof before we print.

What file should I send?

A PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed on every edge is best. PNG, JPG, TIFF, AI, EPS, PSD and SVG files work too. We check every file and email you if something needs fixing.

How much is delivery?

Tracked UK delivery is £7.95 an order, and free on orders over £100. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I return printed items?

Printed items are made to your design, so we cannot take them back unless they are faulty or not what you ordered. If something arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund.

Can guests RSVP from the card?

Yes. The designer has a QR code box: type your wedding website address and it prints a QR code that opens it, so guests can reply from the card.

How do I pay?

By card on a secure Stripe page, in full when you order. We never see your card number.
